Postage

There is a small charge of £5 on all jewellery orders. We package all our jewellery in boxes and send everything via Royal Mail.

Please be aware you may need to sign for your package when it arrives.

Gift vouchers will be posted via Royal Mail and there is a £3.40 postage cost (Gift vouchers can only be redeemed in store)

We aim to dispatch orders as soon as possible, usually within 3 days of placing the order.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they are available to sign for delivery of the goods, and have supplied a correct and complete delivery address. Once the goods have passed to Royal Mail, we cannot be responsible for delays in delivery or damages.
